(WHAT IT'S ABOUT)

Social media is not an end in itself. As a social media agency we develop strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, produce content that shows your expertise, and manage your channels so reach becomes trust and trust becomes inquiries.

Social media management is the strategic planning, production and ongoing care of company presences on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including content creation, editorial planning, community management and analysis, with the goal of turning reach into trust and inquiries.

Our approach.

(HOW WE APPROACH IT)
01

Positioning before posting

Strategy first, then content: who are you, for whom, with what stance? That's where recognizable formats come from.

02

Batch production

One shoot day, one month of content. Efficient production with your team instead of daily improvisation.

03

Community over broadcast

Comments, messages, dialogue: we manage the interaction that turns into trust and inquiries.

04

Organic + paid interlocked

What works organically gets amplified with budget. So social feeds your pipeline, not just your reach.

In detail.

05

Channel strategy: LinkedIn, Instagram or TikTok?

The most important social media decision happens before the first post: which channels, and which deliberately not? For B2B companies, LinkedIn is usually a given: decision-makers are reachable there, expert content works, and personal profiles clearly beat company pages in reach. Instagram fits brands with visual products and employer brands that want to show what working with them looks like. TikTok rewards formats with attitude and pace, and punishes commercials disguised as content. Our recommendation is almost always the same: one channel done excellently instead of four done half-heartedly. An excellent channel means consistent formats, a recognizable signature and real interaction; four mediocre ones mean four times the effort for four times the irrelevance. Which channel it becomes is decided by your audience, not by whatever is being celebrated at conferences. We settle that in the strategy phase, with data instead of gut feeling.

06

Content production in batches

The reason social media fails inside companies is rarely a lack of ideas. It is daily business. When content has to be created ad hoc every day, it loses against every urgent task. So we produce in batches: one prepared shoot day delivers a month of material: interviews, behind-the-scenes, short formats, photos. Prepared means topics from the editorial plan, questions in advance, location and schedule settled; your team invests one day, not hours every week. From that material we cut and design the formats per channel: one conversation becomes a video, three quote graphics and a text post. You approve the plan once a month; we handle publishing and community management. The result is consistency: the only factor every platform reliably rewards, and the one that reliably fails without a system behind it.

07

Community management: the underrated lever

Reach happens in the feed; trust happens in dialogue. Comments, direct messages and discussions under posts are the moment an anonymous profile becomes a person to talk to, and interest becomes an inquiry. Yet many companies treat community management as an afterthought: post, close the tab, move on. That costs twice. First, the algorithms reward posts that generate interaction and get answered. Second, the most valuable contacts rarely appear under the post itself but in the message afterwards. So we handle both: prompt, competent replies in your brand's name, following a jointly defined guide for tone and escalation, and the forwarding of real buying signals to your team. Critical comments get honest answers instead of deletion. A brand doesn't prove itself by nothing ever going wrong, but by how it responds.

08

The most common social media mistakes companies make

Mistake one: posting without positioning. A product photo today, the team party tomorrow, a quote the day after builds no recognition: formats need a system. Mistake two: confusing reach with the goal. Followers are an auxiliary metric; what matters is whether the right people see you, trust you and inquire. Mistake three: choosing channels by fashion instead of audience: a machine builder doesn't need TikTok just because everyone recommends it right now. Mistake four: quitting after three months. Organic growth takes 3–6 months of consistency; give up earlier and you have paid only for the most expensive phase. Mistake five: ad-speak. Platforms are conversations: broadcast only and you get scrolled past. And mistake six: doing everything yourself, on the side. Social media management is a craft with an editorial plan, a production routine and analysis. None of that happens on the side.

09

What to expect in the first six months

Month one: strategy. Positioning, channel choice, formats, editorial plan, tone of voice, plus the production routine with your team. Month two: the first batch is produced, the first posts go out. The numbers are still small at this point. We say that up front instead of explaining it afterwards. Months three and four: the formats sharpen against real data. What generates interaction gets expanded; what nobody wants to see gets cut: even if it was popular internally. Months five and six: consistency pays off. Reach and interaction grow visibly, first inquiries can be traced back to channels, and well-performing organic posts get amplified with targeted budget. From here on, social media is no longer an experiment but a channel with numbers: reach, interaction, profile visits, inquiries: reported monthly, with learnings and next steps instead of a screenshot collection.

(FAQ)

Common
questions.

  • B2B usually LinkedIn, consumer brands Instagram and TikTok. We choose by audience: one channel done excellently beats four done half-heartedly.

  • Ongoing management starts at €1,000 per month including content production. The exact scope depends on channel count and production effort.

  • Organic growth takes 3–6 months of consistency. Combined with targeted ads it moves faster. We advise what makes sense for your goals.

  • Better twice a week consistently than daily for three weeks and then not at all. Consistency beats frequency on every platform. The right cadence depends on channel and production effort. We set it in the editorial plan so it is sustainable.

  • Yes: LinkedIn above all. B2B buying decisions are rarely spontaneous; whoever visibly demonstrates expertise over months is the obvious choice when the need arises. What it takes: patience and the right expectation. Social media fills the pipeline slowly, but with contacts who already bring trust.

  • Predictably little: one prepared shoot day per month, one approval round for the editorial plan and a contact for subject-matter questions. Production, publishing and community management are on us. It won't work entirely without your face and your expertise, though, authenticity cannot be outsourced.
